Ok, I've never heard that phrase before either, but that's the tagline for Bills Khakis, cut and sewn in the USA (Reading, Pennsylvania to be exact). Check out their website, and you'll see a strong collection of pants in various fits and colors. Flannel lined vintage twill khaki's? Yes sir. I'd stay away from the jeans, but some of the shirts are definitely worth a closer look.
