Art is supposed to invoke emotion, right? Welp, Henry Hargreaves latest installation, titled "No Seconds" - certainly does that by focusing on Death Row Prisoners last meals. The juxtaposition of the requested last meals, something we can all identify with, with the heinous nature of their crimes, is certainly something to take in. Pictured above is Timothy McVeigh's (OKC bombing) last meal - 2 pints of Mint and Chocolate ice cream. Check out the exhibition here.

Since 1975, Penfield has been offering up utility goods built with strength and durability. What's that? I just took that from their taglines? My bad. I like the Spring/Summer collection from Penfield quite a bit. More color and designs than past outings, but in a very 'wear-able' way. More from the actual lookbook after the jump.

Well played, Naturel. Art inspired by the Notorious BIG, without being a portrait that makes your living room look like a college dorm room. This is a limited edition of 5, so if you are interested, purchase here. Shame on you if you don't get the reference.
"Straight up honey really I'm askin
Most of these *****z think they be mackin but they be actin
Who they attractin with that line, "What's your name what's your sign?"
Soon as he buy that wine I just creep up from behind
And ask what your interests are, who you be with
Things to make you smile, what numbers to dial
You gon' be here for a while, I'm gon' go call my crew
You go call your crew
We can rendezvous at the bar around two
Plans to leave, throw the keys to Lil Cease
Pull the truck up, front, and roll up the next blunt
So we can steam on the way to the telly go fill my belly
A t-bone steak, cheese eggs and Welch's grape
Conversate for a few, cause in a few, we gon' do
What we came to do, ain't that right boo [truuuueee]
Forget the telly we just go to the crib
and watch a movie in the jacuzzi smoke l's while you do me"

This - my friends, is awesome. Gallery 1988 is releasing a collection of Jensen aka HOT KARL's favorite wrestlers painted on a 'Velvet' medium (aka Bruce White's specialty). The 35 piece collection has its opening on Friday, March 7th, and the G1988 West location. As part of my 'grown man' status, I've preferred to avoid the crowds and hype surrounding opening nights and just go the day after to enjoy the same art without the hoopla - but this one is testing my dedication. More on the subject here.
